Jongbaek Kim, Ph.D. / J.D.

Attorney Jongbaek Kim is a seasoned legal expert with over 25 years of experience in joint ventures, intellectual property, international trade, and regulatory compliance. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University, a Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University, and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School. He is a licensed attorney in New Jersey, USA.

He previously held leadership roles at AT&T, Samsung Electronics, KPMG, and JT International Korea and also served as Director of the Center for IP Strategy at Seoul National University. Currently, he is focusing on delivering innovative legal solutions in IP, cross-border investment, and AI regulation.
